School Wide Policies

1.     Any student who is verbally or physically abusive to another student or staff member will be suspended for a minimum of two days with the possibility for expulsion.

2.     No weapons of any kind are allowed on school grounds.  Weapons include guns of any kind, knives, razor blades, pepper spray, and any other objects, which are representative to another staff member as a possible weapon.  If a weapon is found in the possession of a student’s property then an automatic three-day suspension is imposed.  If caught again, expulsion is the only option.

3.     Any student who damages school, personal, or anybody else’s property will be sent to the office and reviewed by the principal for appropriate consequence.  This could range from a detention to suspension.

4.      All other policies will depend on the classroom teacher and how each room develops their expectations and appropriate consequences.

5.      Classroom rewards will also depend on the teachers and the student’s classroom discussions.
