Harbor Middle School Parent Resource Center

         

          In our middle school parents are provided a  resource center that contains books, videos, and magazines on issues that pertain to their middle school child.  There are also ten computers that have access to the Internet and that parents can also use for their own personal use.  There is also a child psychologist available Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. to discuss any matters that may be on the minds of parents about their middle school children.  The director of the resource center also provide a number of workshops for parents such as:

How to teach your child time management
Discipline and behavior management for your middle school student
How to help your child stay organized
How to help your child with study skills

  3. Volleyball
  4. Literature circles
  5. Marine Biology
  1. Support groups
  2. Parent rights

Hours: Every day: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

 

The resource center will also be the home base for the planning of the cruise.  Anyone who would like to participate in planning should call Judy at 555-5555.
